Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body, an essential component of cartilage and tendons.

Proteins help preserve and increase muscle mass, as well as maintain normal bone.

How to use it:

Take 3 dessert teaspoons a day, divided into the main meals. It can be taken with liquids but also with fruit purees, yogurts, etc.
Hydrolyzed collagen, natural strawberry flavour, magnesium carbonate, acidulants (citric acid, tartaric acid[L (+) -]), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), sweetener (steviol glycosides), antimotting agent (magnesium salts) of fatty acids).

Ana M ª Lajusticia was born in Bilbao in 1924. She has a degree in chemistry from the University of Madrid and has studied agriculture and animal food, publishing articles on the topic in journals.
