Max Factor Eyerliner Kohl Pencil

For a shot of sexy glamour, this kohl eye pencil is firm enough for striking definition and soft enough for a smudgey, smoky eye.

How to apply:

Step 1: 

   • Look down and gently stretch your outer eye area with your index finger. Apply using soft strokes along your lash line.

Step 2:

   • Use kohl on its own with lashings of mascara for perfectly defined eyes

Step 3:

   • Use over eye shadow for a soft look and under to deepen the shadow colour.

Step 4:

   • Blend using a cotton bud or liner brush for a softer or smokier look.
