Return and Refund Policy

Under current legislation, the Customer has the right to freely terminate the contract with the Sellers without the need for justification within a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Product.

 The date of receipt of the Product is understood to be that on which the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the Product, or in the event that the Customer's order was made up of several Products delivered by separately, the date on which Customer or a third party designated by Customer, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last of those Products.

  

To make a correct return of Products, it will be necessary to follow the following guidelines:

 a) Customer service must be contacted through the contact form on the Website https://www.carethy.es/contactar or through an e-mail to: [email protected].

 b) With the return document provided by customer service duly printed and completed, we will proceed with the pertinent return including said document in the package to be returned to our facilities at Calle Monturiol 28, 08210 Barberá del Vallés (Barcelona), Spain.

 c) Products must be returned in their original box/packaging. If this is not possible, use a box of the same quality, so that the transport company does not stick labels on the product.

 d) The Products may not have been used in such a way that their value is reduced or impaired.

 e) Upon arrival at our warehouse, the condition of the Products will be assessed. Upon checking its good condition, the amount will be refunded within 14 days after the verification of the products. The products must be in their original state without being used and the return form correctly filled out.

 

In the case of Products purchased from Other Sellers, the Customer must contact them directly to exercise their right of withdrawal, through their user area-orders-contact (with the corresponding Other Seller).

If the order is returned due to customs problems, wrong address or absence on the day of delivery, the corresponding amount will be paid according to the General Conditions of Use and Contracting of the Carethy Marketplace in section 16.

If for any reason, such as a change of mind, the customer wishes to return the order, a return transaction fee will be charged (ask Customer Service for the cost in each case).

If the product delivered does not match the one requested in the order, you must notify the Seller immediately through the contact section of your customer area and the Seller will process your incident as soon as possible.

 

 What to do if I have received a damaged order?

In case you want to make a claim related to transport damage, this must be done within 48 calendar hours after receiving your order, it must be done through our support center (https://www.carethy.es/ contact) or through your user area/orders section with the corresponding Seller.

After confirming any claim, the corresponding amount will be paid in the same payment method that was used in the purchase. In order to cover this type of unforeseen event, you can contract YOGA Guarantee.

 

In order to make a return, the customer must bear the costs of returning the product. In the event that the return is due to a damaged product or due to the delivery of an erroneous product, you must contact our Customer Service at the following link or through your user area / order section with the corresponding Seller of immediately to be able to have indications of the process and cost information in each case.
