Pranarom Rosemary Essential Oil Qt Cineol

Small shrub with hardy leaves common in the low mountains of the Mediterranean region of North Africa. Its leaves are linear, leathery, resistant, with parallel edges rolled underneath. Its flowers are bluish, sometimes white. Cineole chemotype rosemary produces an essential oil similar to that of eucalyptus radiata and camphor tree.
Their oil is used for the same indications and they are associated with each other to obtain a superior synergy effect.

Breathing - Purifying

Dosage
Ingest 1 to 2 drops on a neutral support, maximum 3 drops a day.
Maximum recommended daily dose of oil: 3 drops - 100 mg.

Tips
With 10 drops AEQT Rosemary cineole chemotype + 30 ml of Apricot Walnut AV in a bottle with glass pipette and rubber nipple.
Very effective nasal drops are obtained to unclog, soften and care for a stuffy nose.
