The new Innosense dye from Koleston Perfect is certified by the European Center for Allergy Research Foundation (ECARF). First ECARF seal on permanent hair color with up to 100% gray coverage and up to 3 lightening levels.

The color range has 20 intense shades that can be mixed together to create all the desired color services.

12% Welloxon Perfect 40vol --> 3 lightening levels
9% Welloxon Perfect 30vol --> 2 lightening levels
