Directions:
It is recommended to take 5 ml to 15 ml (1-3 teaspoons) of syrup at night, when needed. The correct dosage is the minimum sufficient to promote physiological bowel movements without producing loose stools, so it can be customized to individual needs. The product can be taken neat or diluted in a glass of water.
- This product is recommended for children 12 years and older. In general, to promote bowel movements, it is recommended to drink fluids throughout the day, eat an adequate amount of fiber, and exercise.
- Shake before use. After use, close the bottle tightly and wash the dosing spoon thoroughly. Once opened, it is recommended to consume within 30 days.
