Where the rest of the industry was looking at powdered glycerol, evogen is looking at pure liquid glycerol. Evogen has been known for innovation and doing what's best for athletes since its inception in 2008. So what's wrong with glycerol powder? There is nothing wrong with glycerol itself, but to make a powder, it is combined with an ingredient called silica. Basically, this is where companies go wrong because this approach severely limits the amount of glycerol that can fit in one serving of product. A little silica is fine, too much causes chalk and possible gastrointestinal problems. To get the true hyperhydration effects, pure glycerol has been clinically shown to create, you need more than 10 times the amount found in most powdered glycerol products. This is based on real research and pretty much every brand that uses powdered glycerol ignores this except Evogen Nutrition.

How to use: Shake well before each use. As a dietary supplement, first time users should begin by taking a half serving (1 scoop) of EVP AQ in their first few training sessions to determine their personal tolerance before proceeding with an additional serving. Mix 1/2 serving with 150-200 ml of cold water or beverage of your choice and drink 20-30 minutes before training. Advanced users can mix 1 serving (2 scoops) with 250 or 300 ml of cold water or a beverage of your choice.
Do not take more than 1 serving (2 tablespoons) within 24 hours. During exercise and throughout the day, it is recommended to drink plenty of water.

After opening, keep it cool.
